Latest news from Brent is that he is back in hospital on a drip.  The infection was not responding to the antibiotics originally provided.  He is still hopeful of catching the plane home with the rest of the team early Sunday morning.

Anyway, the much anticipated post race relax on the beach is not happening for him.

Out of the hospital now after 24 hours of suffering. But still no time for lazing on the beach, as it is pack up time. :(

Are they sure it's not your massive calves just getting more massiver!?!?!? Bummer you had to DNF but a good decision in the end. Keep setting the standard!! Come down and stay with us in Queenstown and get some ski training in :-)
